Case Study: Gregory Pennington

Gregory Pennington are one of the largest debt management companies in the UK, with their head office located in Manchester they have over 40,000 clients, 300+ employees and more than a decade of experience providing debt management programs.

Requirement

With a growing number of staff Gregory Pennington’s requirement for training has increased significantly, this has now been brought in house to a newly constructed training centre. ITSL Group were engaged to provide 10 rooms with projection, audio and CCTV system to train the staff and monitor for QA and trainer overview purposes. The scope of works was to provide each room with a identical interface to allow the trainers an easy transition from room to room removing the need for extensive training on the new system.

Solution

ITSL Group provided an integrated solution for all the rooms allowing the trainers to operate the projector and projector screen, choose from local PC inputs and a selection of audio sources. Each room is provided an identical networked projector, screen, custom input & selection plate and a CCTV camera all linked to the Gregory Pennington network. The result enables the Gregory Pennington training environment to be modern, useable and monitored allowing the company training policy to be adhered to and ensure quality control at all times.

Before the launch of an AV solution, we run extensive QA to ensure that everything works as intended.

Training

After we’ve finalised the AV project and the hardware is ready to go live we will take care of training all of the staff that will operate it.

Maintenance

AV hardware runs best when it’s properly maintained. ITSL will provide scheduled maintenance on both the hardware and the software.

Support

Even after the work has been completed our clients can still rely on ITSL to take care of any problems on the equipment whenever the need arises.
