Phaidon International started working with ITSL in 2012 after attending a demo event day in the Gherkin. They then decided to embrace video conferencing technology to connect their international offices and streamline their operations and interviews. Solution

ITSL Group planned the design carefully ensuring to utilise the budget where is would be most effective, being partners with Turbosound; a UK company providing high quality speakers since 1970 who provide what we believe to be an excellent product, we utilised 8 Turbosound Impact 55T speakers running from Crown XLS series power amplifiers. For the mixing we specified a small Soundcraft mixing desk and for the program audio we provided a Denon Professional rack mounted CD player. The microphone specification is always a difficult as there is such a wide range in price for similar items, we opted for Shure gooseneck, lapel and wireless boundary microphone to offer a high quality, flexible and reliable solution.
This is why ITSL offers a solution that takes care of every aspect of DOOH. From the hardware and the displayed content which is the most important part of this type of advertising to the boring aspects like Planning applications and Civil Works.

Commissioning

Before the launch of an AV solution, we run extensive QA to ensure that everything works as intended.

Training

After we’ve finalised the AV project and the hardware is ready to go live we will take care of training all of the staff that will operate it.

 Maintenance

AV hardware runs best when it’s properly maintained. ITSL will provide scheduled maintenance on both the hardware and the software.

 Support

Even after the work has been completed our clients can still rely on ITSL to take care of any problems on the equipment whenever the need arises.
